I've purchased from J. Albert Johnson in the past. My recent experience today was an example of stellar customer service that went above and beyond. I called before the store opened and spoke to Jonathan Bennett asking if the jeweler cut rings from a finger. I flew back from a long work related trip and my ring had become stuck a couple days prior. No matter what I tried the ring was not coming off and my finger was red and swollen. Jonathan assured me that they could cut the ring off and repair it. I was told to try one more thing before I made that decision. It was to apply Windex with my hand held above my heart. Spray it continuously and see if it does the trick. It worked! Perhaps the first mistake was putting the ring on the tighter fitting ring finger! J. Albert Johnson was thinking of me and not their profit. Exemplary customer service! Thank you Jonathan!!!

I can't say enough about the folks at J. Albert Johnson! I just got married 2 weeks ago, and not only did they design my engagement ring (everyone thinks it's Tacori, but it's so much better!), but they designed my husband's wedding band and helped me choose all the jewelry for my bridal party and me for the wedding. They are beyond helpful and knowledgeable, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their selection is great, but what really makes them stand out from their peers is their superior customer service and attention to detail. You'll never be disappointed if you go there.

Wonderful customer service.  After a medal was accidentally engraved incorrectly for a first communion, they engraved a new one on the spot and DELIVERED to my house so we could travel to Rhode Island for the event!   I also have gotten several things from them in the past including my wedding and engagement rings.. highly recommend.

 Judy no longer does as many of the radio promo spots, as she used to, but she is, just as animated and hilarious. Stop by and see her, when in Fairfield County.

Marc helped us design the exact ring we wanted, found a goregeous center stone, and brought it all together with his expertise and experience in making jewelry. The communication between us and Marc was quick, and he made it easy to make any adjustments or changes.
